Welcome to Beautybossmd Academy. I am Char, Owner, Artist, Educator and Mentor.I have been in the beauty business for over 30 years and i absolutely love what i do.

My Academy will give you everything that you need to be successful in the world of PMU Permanent Make up. MyHands On Microblading course is a total of 5 days.

Once you are certified with me you will be authorized to explore and do all Permanent Make up I am located in the San Fernando Valley (Granada Hills) Calif 

Microblading is technique using a hand tool to create natural hair strokes.Microblading is a semi permanent service which lasts about 18 months. My clients truly feel like this is a life changing event. 

 Microblading is the hottest new trend in the USA. The potential amount of money you make per day is completely up to you. The average rate for this service is $600 per client and my students like to do 3 to 4 clients per day 4 days a week!

This course is designed to give you all of the tools, knowledge and confidence  that you will need to become a certified working and successful Microblading Artist. 

The very first thing that you will learn is proper sanitation and the laws that are required to become an Artist in your own studio. I will share all of the laws on how put your room together.from top to bottom. You will learn how to set up and tear down your work space according to the Health Department. 

You will learn the ART of Color Theory and you will practice on synthetic skins as well as live models. 

You will learn how to Map out Eyebrows, bringing beautiful symmetry to all different face shapes.

You will learn about the skin and problems that can arise.

You will understand that not everyone is a good client and why we say no to certain people. 

You will learn how to market and brand yourself using all of the correct social media platforms. I will teach you how get clients and how to keep them.  

WHAT SETS MY COURSE apart from others courses are the lessons with that laws and rules that come with owning and setting up your own business. 

You will know which insurance to carry and how much you really need.

You will be completely prepared when the Health Department comes into your studio to check your space for safety, the correct materials, fabrics and proper paperwork

The Health Department requires you to have a IPCP book at your location at all times (Infection Prevention Control Plan) I will help you put this book together. Without it, they will shut you down. 

I will also include all of the client forms that are required to be a legitimate business.

CLASS

Class time is 9am to 5pm  @my Studio 

Sunday Monday Tuesday then again on the following Monday and Tuesday. 

Homework (everynight and a group text with myself and other students) 

Day 1 and 2

 Go through your kit. Social Media,Build your brand and Build your business. Health Department requirements, Paperwork (client forms and photo release) and Sanitation, Skin conditions and Mapping and drawing out eyebrows.

Learn how to use the Microblade and why we use different size blades and practice on skins and doll head.

Dat 3 and 4

Go over homework, and begin the ICPC book. Practice Practice Practice  Mapping and Microblading.  How to hold the hand tool properly.

Learn face shapes and how to balance it the uniqueness of the character of each face shape. How to take before during and after photos.

Study Skin tones and undertones (warm and cool hues ) 

Corrective color and the options to consider.(Neutralize or Enhance desired color)

Day 5

TEST DAY /LIVE MODEL DAY

 You will be responsible for bringing a model to class with you.

Set up the room. Know your sanitation.

Go over paperwork about your client

Talk about what your model does and doesn't want

Take before and after pictures 

Clean and numb the skin (watch for unexpected allergic ractions.

Choose a pigment

Map out eyebrows using your tools and shape of face for perfect balance.

Learn and share aftercare protocol with your  model.

Follow up with your client in a few days and book for 6 week perfection appointment .

A Mentor for as long as you need once the course is over.

 For an extra fee I will add one more day and a tattoo machine to your kit and I will teach you the basics of shading. Shading is a powder looking eyebrow which will add a back drop to the Microblading. Shading can also be done alone without Microblading.

You will have to submit homework to me so that I know that you understand the concept of pixel work.
